I love the feeling of openness in the house, with its open floorplan and the big front porch. My year-round average monthly electric bill is about $100 which for a house of nearly 1600 square feet is great. Everything with the house is fine and I would recommend you. You did everything on the punch list like a man of your word. My girlfriend loves your custom colors.

My house is very well-designed with room to expand. I’ve really enjoyed living here. I like all the extra insulation you added which keeps my electric bills down. The location near the Dogpark is a great West Asheville location. Everyone likes the exterior color scheme you chose.

My house is very comfortable to live in. All the energy-efficient touches keep my electric bill at about $70 monthly. You put in a lot of extra detailing in the moldings and hardwoods that really upgrade the look of the house. There is not a square inch of wasted space in the house. I am going to rent out the accessory apartment above my garage for $600 monthly (or use it for an occasional B&B). I like the fact that you set it up with separate utilities. The construction quality of the house was fabulous and I would recommend you to anyone.

Our house has great “flow” and we love the West Asheville location. We like the traditional Craftsman look. One of our friends asked “How long has this house been here” and was amazed that it was only a couple of years old. The detailing makes the house feel like it was built in the 1930’s but with modern conveniences.

The things I like most about our house are the open floorplan and the “Wow” factor. We have lots of houseguests and our house has become a stopover for our friends. We use our fireplace for the main Winter heat and our electric bill for the entire Winter was a little over $400.00. The construction quality was fine and we haven’t had any problems.
