Welcome to Mountain Realty Builders, LLC website. We are green home builders in Western North Carolina. We build homes in Asheville and the counties surrounding Asheville, particularly Haywood. We are experienced builders of urban infill homes, particularly Arts and Crafts (Craftsman) homes and have recently begun building larger custom homes in the mountain lodge and cottage style. Our homes range in size from the urban homes designed to fit on smaller lots (1500-1800 square feet selling for $250-450,000) to larger lodge style homes designed to fit mountain view lots (2500-4500 square feet selling for $650-1,000,000).
